Paystubs

Active and Termed* Team Members:
To obtain a paystub from your employment at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., please go to http://redrobin.mypaystub.info

Once logged in, you can select the paystub that you would like to view and/or print from the e-paystub folder.

*Team Members terminated prior to January 14, 2011 will need to contact Red Robin’s Payroll group at 303.846.6112 in order to obtain copies of past paystubs.

W-2 Information

How to access Electronic W-2s

Team Members are encouraged to enroll online to receive their W-2 electronically each year. Below are instructions to view as well as what to do if a Team Member needs a reprint of a W-2 from a specific year.

How to access a copy of your W-2

1) Go to https://redrobin.mypaystub.info

2) Enter User ID (TM Number)

3) Enter Password

  • New user – Password will be the last 4 digits of the Team Member’s social security number
  • Returning user – Password will be what the Team Member has chosen personally (Please refer to “Forgot Password” link for forgotten passwords)

4) Hit Login

5) Choose the eW2 link to view W2

How to obtain a W-2 reprint of prior year

Basic W-2 information

If you chose to not receive your W2 electronically please go to the website https://redrobin.mypaystub.info to ensure your address is updated before January 4th.

*IMPORTANT: New this year per the IRS*

The Affordable Care Act requires employers to report the cost of coverage under an employer-sponsored group health plan. This does NOT mean the coverage is taxable. The value of the employer’s contribution to health coverage continues to be excludable from the Team Member’s income. This reporting is for informational purposes only and will provide Team Member’s useful comparable consumer information on the cost of their health care coverage.

Reporting on the W2 Form:

  • The values of the health care coverage will be reported in Box 12 of the Form W-2 with the code DD to identify the amount.
  • The amount reported will include both the portion paid by the employer and the portion paid by the Team Member.
  • Employers are not required to issue a form W-2 solely to report the value of the health care coverage for retirees, other employees or former employees to whom the employer would not otherwise provide Form W-2

 

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION

Red Robin does not provide letters of recommendation or references for Team Members. Requests for Verification of Employment should be routed to The Work Number at 1-800-367-5690 (Employer Code = 10067; PIN = TM Date of Birth). The Work Number will provide dates of employment and position held at time of separation only.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE

Active TM:

To update your address, please provide new address to your Manager to have updated in HR Manager.

Termed TM:

Should your address change after leaving employment with Red Robin, please follow these instructions:

1) Go to https://redrobin.mypaystub.info

2) Enter User ID (TM Number)

3) Enter Password

  • New user – Password will be the last 4 digits of the Team Member’s social security number
  • Returning user – Password will be what the Team Member has chosen personally (Please refer to “Forgot Password” link for forgotten passwords)

4) Click on “My documents”

5) Click on the “My Account” tab

6) Enter in correct address information and hit “Update” in the upper right corner
