INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 cup pork sausage
- 1/4 cup prepared stuffing, formed into a ball
- Prepared turkey gravy
- Cinnamon sugar coated fried sweet potato ribbons
- Toasted bun yeast roll

BUILD:
Mix turkey and sausage together and wrap around stuffing ball. Flatten a little and cook. Spread gravy on bottom half of toasted bun. Add cooked patty to bun and top with cinnamon sugar fried sweet potato ribbons. Drizzle with more gravy and top with top bun. Serve with gravy for dipping.
