Au Brie Burger a la Francais

INGREDIENTS:
- Ground Sirloin
- Brie Cheese (4 cubes)
- Potatoes
- Butter
- Cream
- Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
- Croissant
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pom Frittes (French fries)

BUILD:
Stuff the cubes of brie inside the sirloin to make a stuffed burger. Grill medium; top with potato au gratin. Bake sliced potatoes with butter, cream, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped, fresh rosemary. Serve on a croissant with a side of pom frittes.
