Enroll to “opt-in” to receive your 2008 W2 online

How to register on ADP W2 Services

1. Go to https://w2.adp.com
2. Click on “Register Now”
3. Next screen, click again on “Register Now”
4. Enter the Self Service Registration Pass Code which is: RRGB-UBA
5. Verify Your Identity: 

• Enter First Name
• Enter Last Name
• Enter Social Security Number
• Confirm Social Security Number
• Enter Birth Month & Day

6. Click “Next”
7. Select W2 Services as the self-service Product
8. The following information is required:

• Employee Id # (your employee ID# from your paycheck)
• Company Code (VFX)
• Employee Zip Code  (as it appears on your paycheck)
• Tax Year  (2008)

9. Click “Next”
10. Enter Your Contact Information, Click “Next”
11. Enter Your Security Information, Click “Next”
12. View Your User ID & Create Your Password, Click “Submit”
13. Confirmation:  Click “Log On” to activate the online W2
   
**You must register online for an electronic W2 by January 9, 2009**

if you registered last year to receive your 2007 W2 online, you do not need to register again. User Name (in most cases) will be first initial and last name@RRGB (i.e. JDoe@RRGB)
