Health, Dental & Vision Plans:
Red Robin offers Team Members affordable Health PPO Plan and Dental & Vision Plans*.
Short Term and Long Term Disability:
Income replacement is provided to salaried Team Members by Red Robin, at no cost to you.
Basic Life, Accidental Death [return]& Dismemberment Insurance:
Offered to Team Members at no cost to you.*
Supplemental and Dependent Life Insurance:
Team Members have the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves or their dependents at discounted group rates. *
Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
All Team Members and their household members are eligible to utilize a confidential and free EAP benefit.  Take advantage of this opportunity, 24 x 7, to seek out information, ideas and support on a wide variety of subjects including, stress management, parenting, childcare, financial, legal, and everyday issues.
401(k) Savings Plan:
New hires are eligible to participate in the Red Robin International Inc., 401(k) Savings Plan the first of the month following their new hire date.  Active Team Member’s not currently participating can enroll at any time.
Flexible Spending Accounts:
Red Robin’s Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts allows Team Members to use pre-tax dollars to reimburse claims on health and/or dependent care expenses that may not be covered through other benefit plans.*
Paid Vacations:
To ensure you have the opportunity to rest, relax and have fun, Red Robin offers a competitive time off with pay program. Available to hourly and salaried Team Members.
Paid Holidays for Corporate Team Members:
Two personal days (must be scheduled with Department Head) and eight paid holidays.
Quarterly Bonus Plan:
Offered to Restaurant Managers, based on sales achievement and net income before operating expenses.
Stock Option Grants:
General Managers and Home Office Team Members are eligible for Stock Option Grants subject to Board of Director approval (certain restrictions apply).
Employee Stock Purchase Plan:
After one year of continuous service, eligible Team Members who meet certain requirements can participate in Red Robin’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan and purchase Red Robin stock at a discounted rate.
Meal Discount:
Generous discounts at Red Robin restaurants offered to hourly and salaried Team Members.
