Red Robin Unbridled Community Outreach
Red Robin Unbridled Community Outreach is an ongoing Home Office volunteer program allowing Team Members the opportunity
to get involved in supporting our community. Volunteering is a great way for Team Members to make a direct and
personal contribution, to meet new people, to learn new skills, and to live Red Robin's four core values: Honor,
Integrity, Continually Seeking Knowledge and Having Fun!
Red Robin Home Office departments may participate in a volunteer day (one day per year, during normal business
hours) at the discretion of your Department Head. The Red Robin Foundation is available to partner your department
with a charity that best suits your interests (education, youth, homeless, etc).
Designated Volunteer Day is not mandatory. However, if Team Members choose not to participate, they will need
to report to work. There are certain restrictions in terms of charity groups. Red Robin doesn't support the following:
- Political organizations or candidates
- Capital campaigns
- Individuals seeking aid
- Programs that promote religion
- Conferences, seminars or reunions
- Research projects
