Women's Excellence
Women’s Excellence is committed to enabling a future where women confidently embrace and pursue career development; shaping a more equitable and prosperous workplace; and promoting empowerment within our organization and communities.
Elevating Women at every level, everywhere.
As more WE resources and opportunities for networking arise, a culture of excellence within Red Robin is spreading quickly across the country.
Cherish Rocha
Managing Partner, Manteca
“WE helps foster women’s growth and development in our company. It gives women an opportunity to share and discuss topics that may not be addressed in the day to day operations. I have gained leadership skills like public speaking, mentorships, and how to grow my community by networking with the women attending.”
Tramaine Atherton
Market Partner
“I’m forever grateful for Women’s Excellence. WE has given me the ability to network within the organization and has exposed me to every level of leadership. I’ve been invited to WFF conferences to learn a variety of leadership techniques, I’ve developed my presenter and facilitator skills, along with my overall confidence as a market partner.”
Natalie Barbich
Regional Training Partner
“WE creates a safe place for women to share their experiences and feelings with others. It creates a community of support that we know we will always have. I have gained a since of pride from WE. I know that I am worth it and with the tools I have gained from WE I know I can excel in anything I put my mind to!”
