For a limited time, this South Beach Wine and Food Festival award-winning burger is being served up with 100% Black Angus beef on a toasted ciabatta bun, topped with peppered bacon, a golden-fried potato cake, creamy, truffle-flavored cheese blend, melted Fontina cheese, mayo, shredded romaine & fire-grilled tomatoes.
The only thing that would make this masterpiece finer is pairing with a Lagunitas IPA.
The truffle-infused Billion Dollar Baby is inspired by Chefs Kathy Sidell and David Daniels whose recipe won the Red Robin® Best of the Bash Burger Contest at the 2016 South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
