Q: Does Red Robin Deliver Catering Orders? 

A: Red Robin now offers catering delivery at participating locations. $100 delivery minimum. Add $25 delivery fee. Delivery charge is not a tip paid to your driver so please reward your driver for their awesomeness! 

Q: Is set up included with delivery? 

A: Yes, setup is included with delivery! Setup takes approximately 15 minutes once the delivery driver arrives (larger catering orders may take longer).

Q: What is included in my catering order?

A: Every catering order is served with plates, utensils and cutlery kits! 

Q: How far in advance do I need to place my catering order?

A: Orders placed 24 hours in advance are appreciated. Call your local Red Robin to accommodate same-day orders, or contact your local Red Robin and select option #2 to have a Catering Specialist immediately assist you.

Q: How do I place my catering delivery order?

Q: Do I need to bring any items back to the restaurant?

A: No, everything included with our catering is disposable. 

Q: Can I order a la carte items?

A: Absolutely! Red Robin offers several delicious a la carte items to support your event needs!

Q: Can I modify my catering order once it’s been placed? What if I pre-paid for it?

A: Yes, if you need to change anything about your catering order, you can modify it up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery by contacting the Red Robin location that is scheduled to fulfill your order, and selecting option #2 for immediate Catering Specialist attention.  You’ll receive a revised order confirmation that will list modifications to your order, including possible difference in price. Payment will be processed the day you’ve scheduled catering pick-up or delivery.

Q: Can my organization place a tax-exempt catering order?

A: Yes, please send a valid tax exemption certificate to cateringsales@redrobin.com along with your company name and contact information.  Tax exemption certification must be submitted 72 business hours before your catering order is delivered. Red Robin’s tax team will validate certification and provide a confirmation, which will remain in your profile until it expires. 

Q: Can I set up a House Account, PO Number, or be invoiced for catering orders? 

A: Yes, we offer house accounts to guests who wish to pay by check, or on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. Minimum purchase of $500 a month or $6000 a year is required to qualify for a house account. Requests for application may be submitted via email to cateringsales@Redrobin.com. Please include your Company Name and contact information.

Q: If I’m picking up my order do I have to pay at the restaurant?

A: No, we make it convenient for you! All you have to do is walk up to your Red Robin hostess and grab your catering order! Your payment information will be captured when you place your order online or
with one of our catering specialists via phone.

Q: Can I pay with cash or check for my order?

A: We do not accept checks, unless a house account is created 72 hours in advance of your order pick-up or delivery.  We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). 

Q: How do I place my catering delivery order? Why is there pre-authorization on my credit card?

A: When you place an order, a pre-authorization is placed on your card to allow payment authorization on the day your order is fulfilled. Most likely, pre-authorizations will appear as 'Pending' once your order is placed with Red Robin Catering. After your order has been fulfilled, your card will be processed and the “Pending” status will change to “Posted.”

Q: I sometimes need to pay with a Purchase Order and register it to my account can you help me with PO’s?

A: Yes, you may submit your PO via email to cateringsales@Redrobin.com  Please include your company name and contact information and a catering specialist will be in touch shortly with next steps.  

Q: How do I get a copy of the Red Robin catering menu?

A: The Red Robin catering menu is available online anytime!  Return to the first tab of this page to see what your preferred location offers for catering.

Q: How do I know when the restaurant receives my order?

A: We are speedy fast! Once we confirm your order, it is immediately transmitted to the nearest Red Robin restaurant for execution. You will receive an email confirmation at the same time the fulfilling restaurant receives your order for execution.

Q: Where do I find allergy information for Red Robin food?

A: We have an interactive allergen menu!  Just "Allergen" in the left navigation menu and select your restrictions. You will be provided with menu options that are safe for your consumption.
