What is my account number?

You will not have an account number unless you received a physical Red Robin Royalty card at the restaurant. With or without a card, you will only need to provide your server with the phone number you used when registering your account. Or, you can enter it when paying for your meal on the ROBIN table top device. This will assure that credits and rewards will be applied to your purchase.

How do I earn my 10th item free reward?

It's easy! Earn your 10th item free when you purchase nine of any combination of the following items: burgers, entrées, wraps or sandwiches, or entrée salads. Please note that kids’ meals, house/side salads, appetizers, soups, desserts, beverages, breakfast items and gift cards do not count as credit toward this reward at this time.

How do I redeem rewards when ordering online?

Manage and redeem your rewards online through redrobin.com or with the Red Robin mobile app.

  1. Download the app here and log in or create an account.
  2. View rewards right on the home screen when logged in or by clicking Royalty dashboard in the menu.
  3. To redeem a reward, start your order and add a qualifying item to your bag. During checkout, your available rewards will appear in the order details. Tap the reward you wish to use, and it will be applied to your bag. Please note, a qualifying must be in your bag before you can apply the reward.
  4. Continue checking out and enjoy your meal!

  1. Visit redrobin.com/order and log in or create an account.
  2. To view and track reward status, choose Royalty Dashboard from the main menu.
  3. To redeem a reward, start your order and add a qualifying item to your bag. During checkout, your available rewards will appear in the order details. Select the reward you wish to use, and it will be applied to your bag.
  4. Continue checking out and enjoy your meal!

I forgot to apply my royalty account to my purchase.

No worries! It happens to the best of us. Contact us and we’ll lend a hand. But hurry, you only have 30 days from the date of your purchase to apply it to your Royalty account. Please note that we cannot give credit for purchases made prior to when your account was registered.

How does the Kids’ Birthday reward work?

We love celebrating birthdays, and we don’t want your kiddo to miss out. The free Kids’ Birthday Reward is available to members who have provided email, phone number and date-of-birth, and have opted in for promotional marketing emails.

If your child is 17 or under, you can sign them up by adding their birthday to your Red Robin Royalty profile. The reward will be activated on your account the first day of their birthday month and may be redeemed once during that month by applying the reward to a purchase.

This is a dine-in only reward because your kiddo must be present to redeem the free Kids’ Birthday Reward.

Why can't I use a shared phone number for my account?

We can only allow one adult with a unique phone number to be associated with each Red Robin Royalty account. This ensures our ability to connect your account and your birthday reward correctly along with everything else you earn. It also allows us to easily identify you in the restaurant and in our database should you ever need assistance. If you have a family member over 18, they will need to create a separate Red Robin Royalty account with a unique phone number.

Do I need a physical card to earn rewards?

As part of Red Robin's ongoing effort to be environmentally conscious and reduce waste, our Royalty program has gone cardless. Now, all accounts – even if you registered with a card back in the day – are associated with your phone number rather than a crazy-long account number.

Who is eligible for the free birthday burger?

We love celebrating your birthday! The Free Birthday Burger reward is available for members who provide their email, a validated phone number, sign up for promotional marketing through SMS or Email, and also provide their Date of Birth. Once it's your birthday month, we will send you a reminder to come get your free Birthday Burger.

How does my birthday burger reward work?

If you are eligible for the Free Birthday Burger reward (see above), it will be automatically activated on your account the first day of your birthday month, and may be redeemed once during that month using when you apply your Royalty account to the purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification or text message once the reward is available on your account.

The Birthday Burger reward includes any of our fire-grilled Gourmet Burgers and Finest Burgers but does not include add-ons. The Birthday Reward will be automatically loaded to an account 24 hours after registration is completed and it will expire when your birthday month ends. Note that there is only one Birthday Burger per account.

How many rewards can I redeem at a time?

Only one reward is redeemable per visit. If you have earned more than one reward, the one with the highest value will be used first unless you have assigned a different one in your Royalty account.

Can you apply multiple accounts to the same order?

We can only apply one account per check, so be sure to request split checks if you are dining with other Royalty members so each account can be applied appropriately. Please note that if checks ARE split, we cannot apply multiple checks back to one Royalty account.
