How do I know when the restaurant receives my order?

We are speedy fast! Once we confirm your order, it is immediately transmitted to the nearest Red Robin restaurant for execution. You will receive an email confirmation at the same time the fulfilling restaurant receives your order for execution.

Can I add special instructions?

Call your local restaurant and press option number 2 to reach a catering specialist and they will add instructions to your order. for quicker reference, please provide the order ID# located on the top left hand corner of the confirmation.

Can I modify my catering order?

Yes, if you need to change anything about a catering order you placed, you can modify it up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery by contacting the Red Robin location that is scheduled to fulfill your order, and selecting option #2 for immediate Catering Specialist attention. You’ll receive a revised order confirmation that will list modifications to your order, including possible difference in price. Payment will be processed the day you’ve scheduled catering pick-up or delivery.

Can I place a tax-exempt order?

Yes, please send a valid tax exemption certificate to cateringsales@redrobin.com along with your company name and contact information. Tax exemption certificate must be submitted 72 business hours before your catering order is delivered. Red Robin’s tax team will validate certification and provide a confirmation, which will remain in your profile until it expires.

Can i set up a house account?

Yes, we offer house accounts to guests who wish to pay by check, or pay on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. A Minimum purchase of $500 a month or $6000 a year is required. Requests for application may be submitted via email to cateringsales@redrobin.com. Please include your company name and contact information. Or call your local Red Robin and select option #2 to speak with a catering specialist.

Can you work with purchase orders?

Yes, you may submit your PO via email to cateringsales@redrobin.com. Please include your company name and contact information and a catering specialist will be in touch shortly with next steps. If you are calling in your catering order you may also inform the catering specialist and they will add the PO# to the order for your reference.

Do I have to pay at the restaurant for a pickup order?

No, we make it convenient for you! All you have to do is walk up to your Red Robin hostess and grab your catering order! Your payment information will be captured when you place your order online or with one of our catering specialists via phone.

What payment options do you accept?

We only accept checks if a house account is created 72 hours in advance of your order pick-up or delivery. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). Red Robin does not accept gift cards for any catering orders.

Why is there pre-auth on my credit card?

A pre-authorization is placed on your card when you place your order to allow payment authorization on the day your order is fulfilled. Pre-authorizations will typically appear as 'pending' until your order his fulfilled. Your card is then processed and the “pending” status will change to “posted.”.

Where can I find your catering menu?

Learn about catering and view the menu here or select catering in the main navigation. Locations can vary in menu offerings and order process, so make sure you've selected your closest Red Robin here.

Are tips accepted for delivery orders?

Yes. The driver will appreciate your generosity! Please add the tip at the time you place your order to avoid separate charges.

Do I need to bring anything back to the restaurant?

No, everything included with our catering is disposable.

Can you deliver my catering order?

Red Robin offers catering delivery at participating locations. A $100 order minimum is required. A $10 delivery fee applies for catering orders up to $249 and a $25 delivery fee applies for orders $250 or more. Delivery charge is not a tip paid to your driver so please reward your driver for their awesomeness!

Is set up included with delivery?

Yes! Setup takes approximately 15 minutes once the delivery driver arrives (larger catering orders may take longer).

How far in advance should I place a catering order?

Orders placed at least 24 hours in advance are appreciated. Call your local Red Robin to accommodate same-day orders, or contact your local Red Robin and select option #2 to have a Catering Specialist immediately assist you
