(What Existing Members Absolutely Need to Know)
Bursting with questions? We’ve got you.
What happens to my current red robin royalty account?
Earned credits will stay on your account. Just use them before their expiration date. If you have any entrée credits less than a year old, we'll be converting each individual credit to 10 points. Any earned entrées or visits older than 365 days will be removed from your account and replaced with a single $10 off $45 offer which will expire 30 days from the date issued.
What is the blackout period?
Red Robin Royalty will be unavailable for any redemption or earning activities for the days of May 19th through May 21st. This is necessary for the migration of the program to be successful. Members will be able to receive credits for their purchases by sending a request to Guest Relations.
What happens if I dine in or place a to-go order during the blackout period? How do i earn credit for my purchases?
Not to worry! Just keep your receipts, and send a request to Guest Relations to have your purchase (and points) manually applied to your account. You’ll have from May 22 to June 22, 2024 to submit receipts.
How do I earn points, and what do they get me?
As a member, you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent, excluding alcohol, tax, discounts, gift cards, merchandise, and catering. Once you reach 100 points, a $10 reward is automatically applied to your account, and points will reset to zero. Then we do it all again! The $10 reward expires 90 days from the date issued.
I have a $10 reward in my account. How do I use it?
Your $10 Reward can be applied to Dine-in or Online orders.
For Dine in, just use your your phone number to log in to your Red Robin Royalty account while using the table-top payment device. Or, let your server know that you’re a Red Robin Royalty member with a $10 Reward burning a hole in your pocket. Either way, we’ll get you squared away.
For Online Orders, just just make sure you’re logged in when ordering through the app or on redrobin.com and the $10 Reward will show up in your available rewards at checkout. Apply it to your order, and you’re off and YUMMM-ing.
Do my points expire?
If a year passes without a qualifying purchase, unfortunately all points in a member’s account will expire. Our legal team says we can blame them, so here goes. Legal departments, what’s up with those guys? Am I right?
