Why did a third party deliver my food when I was expecting Red Robin?

We left no stone unturned when testing out the ways to bring Red Robin deliciousness to your door. We even tested our own drivers, but in the end, it made more sense for us to focus on Gourmet Burgers while partnering with expert delivery services who have proven to be the most reliable in meeting our quality standards.

Can I use my royalty account when ordering delivery?

We are now taking delivery orders through redrobin.com/order where you can log in to your Red Robin Royalty account to earn credits and rewards. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to redeem rewards for delivery orders.

How much is your delivery fee?

Delivery or services fees will vary depending on the delivery provider.

Can I cancel my delivery after submitting my order?

Our focus is to ensure every order is accurate and arrives at the correct location. For this reason, we are not able to accept modifications after delivery orders are submitted. Our delivery partners have the same policy. Please contact the restaurant directly for delivery order cancellation requests.
